The staffed 24-hour database provided friendly and helpful English-speaking assistance. The spacious and comfortable room ensured a great sleep, while the cold water bubbler saved us from buying water. We enjoyed the Japanese quarter's food options and nearby bars.

The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the staff were really nice too ensure our satisfaction. The location of the hotel, although tucked away in a quiet alley, was still surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and bars. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was delicious, and the view of the city from there was a bonus. we had a fantastic experience at Bloom Pham Viet Chanh and would highly recommend it.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with lovely details. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing any issues we had. We also loved the breakfast options, with a variety of Vietnamese and International cuisine to choose from. It was a great way to start our mornings!

The hotel's location is close to the city center, but not in the busy District 1. It's in a hidden alley within a poor neighborhood, providing a unique and authentic experience of local life. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful.

Despite being situated in a local neighbourhood, there are plenty of local restaurants to explore within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cooking facilities and a large fridge available. The staff provide excellent service, being extremely helpful and friendly. the breakfast provided offers a variety of delicious options.
One negative aspect is that the location of the hotel can be quite busy and difficult to navigate through, especially for larger vehicles.
